Refund policy

At Urban Tamba, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted with attention to detail and quality. We take pride in delivering premium products that meet our quality standards. Since each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, finish, grain, stitching, or natural patterns are a part of the product's uniqueness and should not be considered defects.

Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchange only under the following circumstances:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive a product with a manufacturing defect.
• You receive an incorrect product that differs from your order.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds after a product has been successfully delivered.

Once an exchange request is approved after verification, we will provide:

• A replacement of the same product, subject to availability, or
• An exchange for another product of equal value (where applicable).

Refunds will not be processed under any circumstances after successful delivery.

Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused and unworn.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• All original tags, labels, accessories, and invoices must be included.
• The product must be in the same condition as received.

Products that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, missing accessories, or altered packaging may not qualify for exchange.

Required Proof

To help us verify your request quickly, customers must provide:

• A complete unboxing video starting before the package is opened.
• Clear images of the product showing the issue.
• Images of the shipping package and shipping label.
• Order number and contact details.

Exchange requests without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

Our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans.

Minor variations in:

• Color
• Texture
• Finish
• Natural patterns
• Stitching
• Surface appearance

are inherent characteristics of handcrafted products and enhance their individuality. These natural variations are not considered manufacturing defects and therefore are not eligible for exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Situations

Exchange requests will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used.
• The exchange request is made after 7 days.
• The issue is due to normal wear and tear.
• The customer changes their mind after purchase.
• Slight variations resulting from handcrafted production are reported.
• Damage occurs due to improper use, storage, or mishandling by the customer.

Exchange Process

1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share your order number, unboxing video, and product images.
3. Our quality team will review the request.
4. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
5. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will dispatch the replacement.
